As someone with a clinical background, you are responsible for supporting doctors and their patients with their medical care. You will review, triage, and escalate physician and patient issues in collaboration with the customer service, clinical, and operations teams so that patients have the best experience with reputed company. • Manage communications between patients and doctors and associated documentation as required, e.g. FSA-reputed company letters, medical referrals, labs, etc.

• Collaborate with our Customer Service team in troubleshooting any patient requests pertaining to physician requirements/tasks supporting their treatment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN - must hold a compact state license or live in an eligible state.
