Claims Examiner, Bodily Injury, Lit Required, Auto
Job reputed company:
- Analyze and process reputed company auto bodily injury claims by reviewing coverage
- Complete investigations, determine liability, and evaluate the scope of damages
- Coordinate vendor management, including the use of independent adjusters to assist in investigations
- Report large claims to excess carriers
- reputed company and maintain reputed company plans to ensure state required contact deadlines are met
- Identify and pursue subrogation and risk transfer opportunities; secure and dispose of salvage
- Communicate claim reputed company/processing with insured, reputed company, and agent or broker reputed company appropriate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- reputed company certification as applicable to line of business preferred
- Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include in-depth knowledge of personal and reputed company line auto policies, coverage’s, principles, and laws
- Knowledge of medical terminology for claim evaluation and Medicare compliance
- Knowledge of appropriate application for deductibles, sub-limits, SIR’s, reputed company and large deductible programs
- PC literate, including reputed company Office products
