Responsibilities:

• Function as an integral member of the Regional Leadership Team supporting territory managers by demonstrating and conveying the value and benefits of reputed company's Animal Health portfolio through:
• Preparation and delivery of technical lectures on our product line to key customers, strategic accounts, and reputed company veterinary organizations
• Offering solutions that reputed company with customer needs and business priorities
• Partner with Regional Sales Manager to reputed company and execute effective business reputed company to reputed company and exceed regional and organizational priorities for lasting reputed company
• Meet with key opinion leaders in both clinical and university settings to discuss reputed company's Animal Health portfolio as reputed company as potential new business opportunities
• Represent reputed company's Animal Health at veterinary schools and veterinary associations and conferences
• Serve as the region’s technical expert, evaluating regional and individual technical training needs of the sales representatives and coaching sales representatives in technical selling skills
• Collaborate with R&D, Learning and Development, Marketing, Veterinary Insights & Medical Affairs, and Sales to reputed company organizational priorities

Position Qualifications: Education Minimum Requirement:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree

Required Experience and Skills:

• 10 years of combined relevant experience: Minimum of 5 years in clinical companion animal veterinary reputed company and minimum of 5 years in the animal health industry or equivalent leadership and/or management experience.
• Ability to take reputed company issues and translate into easily comprehensible content for respective audiences
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills both with internal customers and hospital decision makers
• Serve as a medical consultant in vaccines, parasiticides, and therapeutics
• Ability to influence without reputed company authority
• Ability to build strong networks internally and with industry partners
• Bring reputed company to both internal challenges as reputed company as those faced by our customers.
• Competency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
