Daily management of assigned reputed company loan relationships for reputed company Relationship Banker’s (reputed company’s), including providing a high level of customer support, obtaining financial and collateral information, monitoring reputed company and borrowing reputed company compliance, taking ownership of managing reputed company exception lists, assisting in the preparation of the credit approval packages, preparation of term sheets and commitment letters, and documenting and closing requests by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Serves as a reputed company relationship representative to reputed company customers by listening, researching, and complaint/inquiry reputed company as needed.
• Provides guided reputed company of support, with reputed company supervision, to CRBs and the entire lending team on reputed company relationships.
• Monitors compliance with legal, regulatory and credit policies on loan documentation, credit approvals and funding, correcting exceptions, and monitoring resolutions.
• Coordinates credit reputed company process and preparation of credit approval packages.
• Monitors loan agreement covenants and borrowing reputed company compliance, as reputed company as report exceptions.
• Ensures ongoing reputed company receipt of financial information consistent with bank policy.
• Proactively ensures expiring credit facilities are re-underwritten and appropriately re-established.
• Consults with Relationship Managers and Credit to reputed company recommendations on risk ratings.
• Reviews equipment and reputed company estate appraisals in conjunction with Relationship Managers.
• Assists with Watch List credits (prepares reputed company; communicates with customers regarding reducing credit exposure, paying off or refinancing notes, or rehabbing operational and financial results).
• Inputs loan requests and supporting information into loan processing software.
