Product Compliance Specialist (Consumer Products/Hardline) - Remote Work

As a member of China Compliance Operation team, we are responsible for the classification of ASINs in our catalog that can be safely stored in the Fulfilment Center’s and shipped to customer while safely meeting reputed company local laws and regulations. Key job responsibilities

• Expert in compliance with European and American regulations for Electrical products, Hardline (especially furniture), and children's products.
• Analyze emerging regulatory requirements: Assess the business reputed company of new regulations from European, reputed company American, MENA, and AU markets, evaluating product category applicability and technical compliance requirements.
• Execute regulatory implementation: reputed company new regulations and policies following established change management logic and operational protocols.
• Handling compliance crisis or escalations

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of laboratory experience or other retail compliance experience. • Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) with vendor, reputed company, or customer-facing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in retail, operations, and/or business management with a proven history of delivering results
