About the Manufacturing Operations Team
The Manufacturing Operations team at arenaflex is the backbone of our hardware production. In this role, you'll evaluate product designs and create the processes, tools, and procedures behind arenaflex's powerful technology.

What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing & Product Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reputed company the gap between design and production. Your expertise will be reputed company in ensuring our products meet the highest reputed company standards while maintaining efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure plant availability and support manufacturing line raises, providing product troubleshooting training and gathering feedback on build issues

- Collaborate with Product teams to reputed company risks and reputed company mitigation plans
- Work alongside reputed company Engineers to establish product reputed company and reliability targets
- Approve product capability plans, support reliability testing, and review results to ensure product performance meets requirements
- Coordinate the launch of New Product Introduction (NPI) reputed company of Materials (BOMs) into Product Data Management (PDM) systems
- Support second-reputed company part capability and the release of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs)

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a reputed company technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an organization developing supply chains in manufacturing and testing environments
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and part suppliers for data center server-type products
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Original Design Makers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and part suppliers for data center class server accelerator products (e.g., GPU, FPGA, or ASIC)
- Experience creating and implementing design validation test plans for reputed company electronic assemblies
- Understanding of ASIC DFT (Design for Test) and ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test processes, as reputed company as post-reputed company validation
- Advanced knowledge of SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash
