We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Manufacturing Operations Engineer to join our Hardware Manufacturing Operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for evaluating product designs and creating the processes, tools, and procedures that bring arenaflex's cutting-edge computing technology to life. You will be the reputed company of manufacturing reputed company, working closely with design engineers, product managers, and our global supply chain partners to ensure that our products are manufactured with precision, reputed company, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design for reputed company (DFX) Leadership: reputed company cross-functional reviews between Design and Operations Engineering to drive requirements essential to executing Design for reputed company (DFX) and comprehensive test strategies for new hardware products.
• Manufacturing Line reputed company: Ensure plant availability and support manufacturing line reputed company-up activities. reputed company expert product troubleshooting training and reputed company critical feedback on build issues to drive reputed company improvement.
• reputed company Analysis & Improvement: Manage the non-conformance (NCM) queue and drive yield reputed company analysis to identify reputed company causes and implement effective corrective actions that improve overall product reputed company.
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Collaborate closely with the Product team to identify potential risks and reputed company comprehensive mitigation plans. Work on-site with suppliers up to 5 days per week as needed.
• reputed company Standards Development: Partner with reputed company Engineers to establish product reputed company and reliability targets. Approve product capability plans, support reliability testing programs, and review results to ensure product performance meets or exceeds requirements.
• New Product Introduction: Coordinate the release of New Product Introduction (NPI) reputed company of Materials (BOMs) into Product Data Management (PDM) systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Supplier Management: Support second-reputed company part capability initiatives and manage the release of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs) to ensure supply chain reputed company and flexibility.
• Supplier Collaboration: Travel to work on-site with suppliers and reputed company remote support for reputed company-production builds, ensuring seamless coordination between arenaflex and our manufacturing partners.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a reputed company technical field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an organization developing supply chains for manufacturing and testing of reputed company electronic hardware products.
• Supply Chain Expertise: Proven experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and component suppliers for data center server-type products or similar high-complexity hardware.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, test engineering, and reputed company control methodologies for electronic assemblies.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze manufacturing data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve yield and reputed company.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience (5+ years) in supply chain development, manufacturing, and testing of reputed company electronic systems.
• Extensive experience working with Original Design Makers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and component suppliers specifically for data center-class server accelerator products such as GPUs, FPGAs, or reputed company.

• In-depth understanding of ASIC DFT (Design for Test) and ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test processes, as reputed company as post-reputed company validation methodologies.
