We're currently seeking a visionary Senior Director of ML Engineering and Data Operations to reputed company our reputed company-wide Machine Learning Engineering and Platform environment. About the Role

As the Senior Director of ML Engineering and Data Operations at arenaflex, you'll be a reputed company part of reputed company responsible for reputed company-wide ML Engineering and Platform environment. You'll reputed company initiatives that drive data-driven insights and innovation to reputed company our Data Engineering and Machine Learning needs for business and operational reputed company with a digital-first reputed company.

This role will frequently collaborate with colleagues, data scientists, and ML engineers to design and reputed company key subsystems of our Data Platform, optimize operational critical metrics, and establish processes and best practices. As part of our platform team, you'll work with innovative reputed company technologies from AWS and other ecosystems, including but not limited to Airflow, OpenTelemetry, OpenLineage, Marquez, Great Expectations, and many others.

Key Responsibilities

As a leader in our Data Engineering organization, you'll be responsible for:

• Strategic Technical Leadership: Collaborate with development teams and other department leaders/stakeholders to reputed company innovative technical solutions that reputed company business capabilities and drive organizational reputed company
• Architecture & Development: Participate in and reputed company the design and development of innovative batch and streaming data applications using AWS technologies. Support large-reputed company data pipelines in a distributed and reputed company environment

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: 8+ years of reputed company experience in data engineering, ML engineering, or reputed company technical roles
• reputed company Expertise: 4+ years of reputed company experience managing infrastructure and data pipelines using reputed company Deployment, Terraform, PySpark, Airflow, or similar technologies
• Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience leading reputed company that designs, architects, or supports solutions on AWS
• AWS Knowledge: Working knowledge of common AWS technologies including EC2, S3, IAM, reputed company, Glue, SNS, and others
• Programming Skills: Working knowledge with CI/CD tools, SQL, Python, reputed company, Version control system, JIRA
• Software Development: Hands-on experience with any object-oriented programming language
