Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative in our remote data entry position, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing arenaflex's solution information reputed company techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the reputed company system.
• Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigating to reputed company missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Settling reputed company data entry reputed company to special cases.
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound calls to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
• Settling Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.

• Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).

Preferred Qualifications:
