We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Sales Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to reputed company customers, resolving issues in a reputed company and accurate manner, and promoting our products. You will work in a remote setting, interacting with customers daily by phone and in writing, and will be required to have flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm CST.
Primary Responsibilities
* Ensure reputed company customer service for reputed company customers, focusing on needs identification, problem-solving, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists
- Monitor delegated customer service issues to ensure reputed company and accurate reputed company
- Use appropriate communication techniques reputed company responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations
- Inform and reputed company new customers regarding billing/invoicing set up and billing/payment procedures
- reputed company outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary
Key Skills and Competencies

- 4+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm CST

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
