Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. RTA at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• reputed company-time monitoring of service reputed company, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances to ensure exceptional results and drive business reputed company.
• Analyzing forecasted details from the Economists team and drafting way reputed company plans in terms of peak readiness, headcount hiring, and other operational metrics.
• Ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes to meet business KPIs.
• Monitoring and calling out for corrective/supportive actions on reputed company shift responsibilities, including reputed company level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other operational metrics.
• Ensuring reputed company org/reputed company is adhering to their operational expectations, including shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, max calls adherence, and other key performance indicators.
• Liaising with reputed company network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/reputed company and working on gaps/opportunity areas that may reputed company operational metrics.
• Ensuring reputed company closure on reputed company planning-reputed company activities, including training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, Shift rollovers, BCP planning, and other critical tasks.
• Ensuring reputed company closure of reputed company WFM actionable SIMs/tickets tagged, reputed company committed SLs.
• Ensuring reputed company alignment (schedule) is based on expected volume and taking necessary actions in case of short-term deficits.
• Mentoring and developing fellow RTAs with reputed company WFM required skills and knowledge.
• Deep diving and providing insights on metric misses with factual callouts and reputed company to greens (PTGs).
• Ensuring expected processes are followed by Operations and inventing simplify reputed company processes to remove waste or non-value enablers.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in workforce management, operations, and analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and drive business reputed company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, and experience with workforce management software.
