As a global WFM POC for the US team, you'll be reputed company in ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure reputed company shift responsibilities, such as reputed company level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other metrics impacting business KPIs, are monitored and reputed company out for corrective/supportive actions.

Operational Expectations:

Ensure reputed company org/reputed company adheres to their operational expectations, including shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, max calls adherence, and other key performance indicators.

Operational Metrics:

Ensure operational metrics like service reputed company, occupancy, PTL, utilization, and other key performance indicators are met by reputed company Orgs/skills at the daily level.

Collaboration and reputed company:

Liaise with reputed company network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/reputed company and work on gaps/opportunity areas that may reputed company operational metrics.

Planning and Closure:

Ensure reputed company closure on reputed company planning-reputed company activities, including training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, Shift rollovers, BCP planning, and other critical tasks.

Process Improvement:

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Workforce Management, reputed company-Time Analysis, or a reputed company field.
