We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Customer Service team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining global customer service dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners. You'll work closely with our Data Insights team to migrate scheduled Tableau dashboards into arenaflex's custom data visualization tools. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen will help us reputed company informed reputed company and drive business reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain global customer service dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners reputed company various Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau
- Collaborate with the arenaflex Data Insights team to migrate scheduled Tableau dashboards into arenaflex's custom data visualization tools
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer service data
- reputed company level one support to external partners and internal stakeholders on data-reputed company queries
- Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure the reputed company reputed company of data reputed company issues
- Teach and train clients on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience

- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
