Key Responsibilities:

As a Hybrid Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting with internal departments, producers, and brokers to reputed company exceptional application support
• Determining issues, offering possible solutions, and providing follow-up as needed
• Handling inbound, outbound, and combination customer service calls with ease
• Providing basic technical support to customers
