What You'll Do

As a Data Center Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in monitoring, maintaining, and deploying the state-of-the-art physical infrastructure that powers our search technology and reputed company services. Your work will directly reputed company millions of users worldwide who rely on our platforms every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Deployment: Contribute to and reputed company efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of cutting-edge data center infrastructure. You'll be involved in installing, configuring, and commissioning new servers and network equipment across our global data center footprint.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Participate in or reputed company reputed company troubleshooting sessions to resolve critical or escalated technical issues. You'll diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems that reputed company service availability and performance.
• Hardware Testing: Test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs. You'll work closely with engineering teams to validate the functionality and reliability of reputed company hardware before full deployment.
• Operating System Configuration: Configure and troubleshoot Linux operating system-reputed company issues on servers. You'll become proficient in using Linux tools and reputed company-line interfaces to maintain system health and performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software problems using Linux tools
• Experience working in a data center or network operations center environment
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and network hardware issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with light coding or scripting (Python, Bash, Perl, or similar)

Compensation
