Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and driving sales reputed company through effective communication, product knowledge, and recommendations
• Working directly with customers who call our inbound phone center, providing expert advice and support to help them reputed company their fitness goals
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets, including resolving customer concerns and delivering a WOW experience

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
