Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through heavy phone contact with policyholders, providers, and interested reputed company parties
• Processing policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Reviewing and maintaining new and revised procedures regarding policy information to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintaining department standards for number of calls, average handle time, and time management to ensure reputed company performance
• Demonstrating excellent communication, both written and oral, and organization skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Utilizing strong decision-making skills to analyze situations and reputed company logical conclusions
• Working in a fast-paced environment with heavy phone and PC usage, sitting for extended periods of time, and frequently reaching above shoulder level

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
• At least one year of office experience, with telecommunications experience a plus
• Life and Health insurance background and knowledge of insurance operations desired
• Excellent customer service background and good phone skills
• Strong communication, both written and oral, and organization skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Excellent reputed company and number recognition skills
• Demonstrated mathematical abilities
• Basic PC skills
• Ability to type at least 30WPM
• Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
• Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying

• Heavy phone and PC usage
• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Frequently reaching above shoulder level
