The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to technical and non-technical service inquiries from clients, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's software solutions
- Identifying reputed company causes of reputed company issues and resolving them reputed company, exceeding reputed company expectations on response reputed company and timeliness
- Collaborating with the development team to reputed company critical system issue updates and feedback

Qualifications

- 1 year of experience working in a B2B reputed company environment (preferred)
- Help desk or contact center experience (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
