What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing fantastic service to our automotive dealer clients over the phone, reputed company email, and through other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing reputed company and accurate solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Researching requests reputed company to profile assistance, tracking vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, and assisting with car warranties

Schedule
