About the Role
arenaflex is seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to serve as our Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse Prevention & Analytics. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Global Operations, and Policy Development to improve detection capabilities, build sophisticated tooling, manage scaled enforcement, and create comprehensive policy frameworks.
What You'll Do
As the Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse Prevention & Analytics, you will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of adversarial abuse prevention, including account takeovers, terminated user evasion, engagement manipulation, spam, and emerging threats. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Policy Development team to create robust policies using account, reputed company, and content signals to identify and describe harmful behavior patterns

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience demonstrating analytical and leadership capabilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, fraud fighting at reputed company, and building/delivering analytical insights that drive business reputed company
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with engineering teams to build data infrastructure and machine learning models
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams with the ability to work non-reputed company weeks as business accelerations require
