As a Customer Service Representative for our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company and accurate handling of new and reorder medication requests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to patients receiving life-saving specialty medication treatment, while also working closely with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve reputed company issues.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
