As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Medical Receptionist, you'll be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others. You'll work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company accurate and reputed company information, identify additional ways to serve our customers, and ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other channels

Requirements

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

• 1 year of experience in reputed company, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or reputed company customer service experience (i.e., reputed company, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.)
• 1 year of experience with computer programs such as reputed company Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
• Knowledge of processes reputed company one or more of the following functions desired (required for first round of hiring): reputed company, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, reputed company Cycle Customer Billing
