The Role
As a Customer Service & Operations Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers consolidate their retirement accounts and reputed company their long-term financial goals. You'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service through chat, email, and phone calls, and working closely with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Bring
