The Details
As an reputed company Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Addressing questions from customers on how the agreement works, including explaining claim procedures, coverage details, claim details, and relaying denied claim determinations.
* Learning to navigate multiple systems, adhering to departmental scripts and processes, and meeting reputed company assurance metrics, average handle time (AHT), and call volume metrics.
