Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to credit reputed company members and banking customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Resolving reputed company customer issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or 1 year of call center experience
