As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in problem-solving customer concerns reputed company to contract provider payments for housing and claim status/inquiries from hospitals, specialists, and nursing homes. You'll handle a large volume of inbound and outbound phone calls/emails/faxes from participants/their families, nursing homes, housing providers, providers, hospitals, and billing offices. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls/emails/faxes from customers, responding to their concerns and inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Research payment issues, reputed company, and respond to customers in an efficient and reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications
