As an reputed company Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Patient Enrollment Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company, while accurately and reputed company processing patient and medication data using arenaflex's pharmacy systems. You'll work under reputed company management, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure seamless patient care and data entry. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive reputed company reputed company of $25-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes), and resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Qualifications

* High school certificate or GED.

Preferred Qualifications
