Work Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Data Entry reputed company (Wfh) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the reputed company system.
• Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Settling reputed company information entry reputed company to special cases.
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
• Settling on phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain information, reputed company authorization, or otherwise resolve special cases.
• Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
• Identifying and reporting issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).
• Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).

Preferred Qualifications:
