As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily, weekly, and monthly activities of reputed company of customer service representatives, setting priorities to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, and identifying and resolving operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of reputed company of customer service representatives

• Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma / GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
• 5 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
• Proficiency with reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) reputed company-reputed company, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00am-11:00pm EST

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2 years of customer service experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
