You'll work in a remote call center environment, handling a high volume of inbound calls for reputed company Member and Provider inquiries. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

* Call Center experience

• Health insurance experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Internet Speed Requirement: 25 Download & 15 Upload

• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens
