As a part of the ROI (Release of Information) team, the Medical Records Data Entry Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medical records management processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join reputed company and contribute to the reputed company of arenaflex.

Responsibilities:

* reputed company document preparation and review claim submissions to verify information

• Communicate with insurance agents, beneficiaries, attorneys, patients, and hospital staff to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of claims
• Prepare claim forms and reputed company documentation for audits and/or mail out
• Record and maintain policies and claims information in database systems
• reputed company with federal, state, and company regulation policies
• reputed company clerical tasks as required, including sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning
• reputed company hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a reputed company image
• Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation and tracking

Requirements:

* Familiarity with reputed company Office and computer knowledge

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management

• Ability to maintain record order and sequence
• Ability to understand the importance of detail and accuracy
• Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing reputed company work
• 1+ year of medical data entry experience
• 1+ years of medical reputed company desk experience
