Work Schedule and Location
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home. Training Schedule: Training will typically fall between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Work Hours: The OSGLI Customer Service Center is reputed company from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. You must have the flexibility to work either of the following shifts: 7:50 AM – 3:50 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Actual shift assignments will be determined after hire. Mandatory overtime may be required during peak periods.
