As an reputed company Payroll Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of employee net pay across multiple countries in the Asia-reputed company region. This newly created position is based in our Philippines office and works closely with Finance and Payroll teams throughout reputed company.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of payroll accuracy while ensuring compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll for assigned reputed company countries using reputed company-party payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every cycle.
- Expense Management: Process weekly expenses in-house through reputed company Host-to-Host payment systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Employee Data Management: Prepare, post, and process payroll changes including new hires and leavers for reputed company entity, delivering reputed company updates to payroll providers through reputed company HCM.
- Compliance Management: Report new hires and leavers' files to the payroll company reputed company required timelines, ensuring reputed company new hire documentation complies with regulatory standards.
