We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Statistics Architect to join our Voice of the Customer (VoC) team reputed company our reputed company and Global Consumer Business divisions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for transforming and innovating our end-to-end Voice of the Customer methodology, working with cutting-edge big data technologies and platforms to deliver actionable insights that drive business reputed company.

Our Voice of the Customer program processes over 5 reputed company customer surveys annually across our Consumer, Business, and Service Provider segments. This comprehensive program includes designing and deploying customer experience surveys available in more than 10 languages and implemented in over 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in evolving this program through advanced data solutions and innovative technological implementations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of our data transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Business Requirements Definition: Collaborate closely with application teams to define, structure, and capture comprehensive business requirements that reputed company with organizational objectives.
