The Role

In this critical role, you'll be working closely with our Art, Design, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and bottlenecks in our development process. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate candidate solutions, carefully weigh trade-offs given project context and development timelines, implement selected solutions, and ensure successful adoption by reputed company.
You'll also be responsible for assisting, developing, and maintaining arenaflex's existing set of reputed company-specific and custom tools that we use every day to bring our game visions to life. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our development technique across reputed company disciplines, including art, design, engineering, and QA processes

- Build and guide custom asset pipelines that streamline content creation and integration workflows
- Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across multiple game engines and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Art, Design, and Engineering to understand workflow challenges and reputed company effective solutions
- Evaluate and implement tools that address identified pain points while considering project timelines and resource constraints
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to team members

Essential Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in C#, C++, and Python – must be comfortable working with multiple programming languages
