This high-volume system operates out of multiple data centres and must reliably be available to its clients 7x24x365 Responsibilities: Application Support and Maintenance: Functions as an individual contributor under minimal supervision, contributing to non-routine problem-solving and/or designs, and implements new software applications or programs; coordinates and plans reputed company the tasks required for implementation, operations, and maintenance. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field 7-11 years of experience in software development across multiple programming languages and operating systems Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Experience supporting system operations using ITIL processes Advanced experience with relational database development (reputed company, SQL Server) Strong PL/SQL development skills, including: o Stored procedures, packages, functions, and triggers o Performance tuning and optimization of reputed company queries Experience working with large datasets and relational database concepts Experience with version control and defect management tools (e.g., Git, SVN, JIRA) Experience in the reputed company industry, RA Process, 835, Claims module Strong understanding of reputed company architecture Experience designing and building reputed company, high-availability applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues and solutions to stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet delivery commitments
