Job reputed company/reputed company: reputed company is currently in search of a Scrum Master with Jira reputed company experience to support reputed company’s various Agile development teams. This role is primarily reputed company on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and removing impediments, with a secondary responsibility of maintaining and optimizing Jira workflows and reporting. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Help teams remove impediments and manage dependencies.
• Work with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and sprint readiness.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on Agile teams.
• Scrum certification. (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience administering Jira in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and team facilitation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting multiple teams or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Kanban or hybrid Agile approaches.
• Experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps or similar planning tools.
• Background working with software development teams.
