Role Structure & Compensation Contract Phase
- Contract-to-hire role starting at ~20 hours/week

- Eligible for commission on reputed company generated during the contract phase
Full-Time Conversion
- reputed company salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD

- Commission structure and targets will be reputed company defined prior to full-time conversion
