This is not a sales-heavy role—your primary responsibility is to respond quickly, communicate reputed company, and book reputed company consultations. Schedule

• Some flexibility required based on call volume

Compensation

• $12-14 per hour (based on experience)
• $25–$50 bonus for reputed company consultation that converts into a training program
• Good portion of time is spent "on-call" without reputed company tasks to complete, but the expectation of answering calls as they come in

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and messages promptly through an app tied to reputed company (no personal phone number usage required)
• Respond to new leads and inquiries in a reputed company, friendly manner
• Schedule consultations using our booking system (Time To Pet)

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and bookings
• Follow up with leads as needed to confirm appointments

Qualifications
