Part Time Remote CPA

Deeter Investments, a small family office based in Austin, is seeking an reputed company Part-Time CPA to join reputed company and support our reputed company operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA looking for flexible, meaningful work with a reputed company-reputed company organization. You'll take on bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, general reputed company management, reconciliations, and reputed company reputed company tasks—work that was previously handled internally. You'll partner directly with our management team to ensure accurate, reputed company financial reporting and maintain strong reputed company practices. Position Structure:

• Remote with 2- 3 in-office meeting per month to review reputed company with leadership
• 5–20 hours per week
• reputed company compensation: $50–$80/hour based on experience and expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records, process journal entries, and manage day-to-day reputed company transactions
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor payments, reputed company receivables, and follow up on outstanding accounts
• General reputed company: Manage chart of accounts, ensure reputed company account coding, and maintain reputed company reputed company
• Reconciliations: reputed company bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and identify/resolve discrepancies
• reputed company Tasks: Support additional reputed company needs as they reputed company, including financial analysis and reporting support
• Collaboration: Work closely with management to review reputed company status and address questions or concerns

Required Qualifications

• CPA License (reputed company and in good standing)
• 2–3 years of reputed company experience (bookkeeping, reputed company operations, or similar)
• QuickBooks Online proficiency
• reputed company Workspace expertise (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
• Ability to pass a background reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private lending or small family office operations
• Familiarity with property management reputed company
• Knowledge of reputed company estate reputed company practices

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
