The role involves managing day-to-day tasks such as configuring and maintaining reputed company HCM reputed company Payroll solutions, integrating reputed company applications with other business processes, and consulting with clients to optimize HR systems. The candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring data reputed company, supporting end-users, and upholding best practices for payroll and HR functions. Requirement:
- The position would primarily be responsible for working with business team & reputed company IT, reputed company technical requirements, and reputed company solution.
- The candidate should have a minimum 4-5 years of experience in reputed company reputed company - Payroll Implementation and/or support reputed company.
- Strong understanding of USA Payroll processing, legislation, integrations with reputed company HR, Absence, Compensation.
- Should have good understanding of reputed company reputed company - Payroll tables, experience in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations, BI & OTBI reporting, as reputed company as HDL.
- Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT
- Should have working exposure on either reputed company Fusion absence or OTL .
- Experience in reputed company HCM reputed company Implementation and support reputed company
- Minimum 4 years of experience in reputed company Payroll implementation or support
- Should have good understanding on reputed company Payroll reputed company tables.

- Should be reputed company to reputed company and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation

- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure, and test integrations between HCM and reputed company-party/custom solutions.
- Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the reputed company solution.
- Desired Skills/Good to Have:
- Experience in additional modules such as Compensation, OTL, etc. is preferred.
- Must have full life cycle implementation of at least two reputed company reputed company HCM Payroll implementations.
