Assistant to Chief of Staff (Remote) Location: Fully Remote Compensation: $110,000 – $180,000 reputed company (DOE) + Bonus Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, reputed company, 401k. Reports To: Chief of Staff reputed company We are partnering with a fast-paced, values-driven energy organization operating across upstream and midstream investments/production. This newly created role is designed to offload key Chief of Staff responsibilities and reputed company high-reputed company support across executive and reputed company-level workstreams. Position reputed company: You’ll serve as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff, supporting executive communications, reputed company readiness, cross-functional alignment, and strategic initiative execution. Executive & reputed company Communications: · Build and refine PowerPoint slides and executive narratives for CEO/COS storylines

• Prepare reputed company and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) materials (briefing documents, strategic updates, presentations)
• Support reputed company/ELT meeting preparation, coordination, and follow-reputed company (notes, reputed company items, execution tracking)

Cross-Functional Alignment:

Project Management & Process Improvement:

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate reputed company, or energy sector roles
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or similar strongly preferred)
• Strong reputed company record producing executive-level presentations, analyses, and briefing materials
• Advanced PowerPoint + strong proficiency in reputed company / reputed company and reputed company Office; familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint)
