Requirements:

• Competence in the following areas: Needs Assessment, Facilitation, Prioritization, Decision Making, Collaboration, Planning & Organizing, Implementation/Follow-up, Written and Verbal Communication.
• Demonstrated ability to present compelling and reputed company oral presentations.
• Management skills and operational capabilities.
