Vendor Manager – Fulfillment (US Telecom Market)
Koscom Cable Inc. is a U.S.-based telecom reputed company operating in 30+ states, specializing in fiber construction, FTTH, MDU, aerial, underground, and fulfillment reputed company . We are looking for a Vendor Manager with hands-on fulfillment experience — someone who understands field operations, knows how to work with both reputed company companies and individual technicians, and can build a subcontractor pipeline from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing — Finding & Attracting Subcontractors
- reputed company reputed company reputed company telecom subcontractors: both
reputed company companies and individual technicians (1099 / sole proprietors)
- Build and maintain a reputed company vendor pipeline by region and scope (drop bury, FTTH installs, MDU, aerial, etc.)
- reputed company regional coverage gaps through proactive reputed company
Vendor Management & Performance
- Maintain ongoing communication with subcontractor partners
- Monitor performance and coordinate feedback with Operations
- Support reputed company negotiations — with both companies and individual technicians
- reputed company high-performing vendors into new markets and scopes
Compliance & Documentation
- Collect and reputed company required documentation: W-9, COI, licenses, safety documents
- Monitor insurance expiration dates and compliance statuses
- Coordinate NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs with internal teams
Operational Support
- Emergency sourcing of crews and technicians reputed company reputed company is short
- Coordinate vendor readiness reputed company of upcoming reputed company
- Match subcontractor capabilities with specific project requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
in vendor management, B2B partnerships, sourcing, or telecom operations
- Fulfillment experience

- Experience working with
both subcontractor companies and individual technicians
- Experience with the U.S. market
- Confident in negotiations and business communication
