This pivotal role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse audiences. You will reputed company the instructional design process, from needs analysis and curriculum development to content creation and evaluation. Leveraging adult learning principles and cutting-edge technologies, you will create high-reputed company learning solutions. This remote position requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment. Responsibilities include: Leading the end-to-end design and development of engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and training materials. Applying adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM models) to create effective and measurable learning reputed company. Conducting learning needs assessments and gap analyses to identify key training requirements. Developing learning objectives, instructional strategies, and assessment reputed company. Creating compelling course content, including scripts, storyboards, interactive exercises, and assessments. Utilizing authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate) to build interactive e-learning modules. Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or a reputed company field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a reputed company or senior role. Proven expertise in developing engaging e-learning content for various platforms. Proficiency with industry-reputed company authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline 360, reputed company Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum development methodologies. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Experience with multimedia development is a plus.
