Your responsibilities will include analyzing learning needs, designing curriculum frameworks, developing multimedia learning materials (videos, interactive modules, e-learning courses), and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate). Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and a keen eye for visual design and user experience are essential. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing independent work with team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
