• *Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings and team sessions to review pipeline, performance, and priorities
• Review calls and communications to reputed company coaching on messaging, reputed company handling, and closing techniques
• Set reputed company performance goals, reputed company reputed company, and address performance gaps proactively
• Own overall team pipeline health, ensuring consistent prospecting through calls, email reputed company, and localized efforts
• Monitor key performance metrics, including calls, connections, meetings booked, reputed company opportunities, and reputed company deals
