We are seeking an AI Leadership Trainer to reputed company the enablement of reputed company (GenAI) capabilities across engineering leadership teams. This role is pivotal in equipping technical leaders and managers with the knowledge, tools, and behaviors needed to drive GenAI adoption at reputed company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like reputed company Copilot and reputed company Q, and a strong background in software development, AI transformation, and adult learning facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive training sessions reputed company on GenAI in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including hands-on workshops and leadership enablement.
- Facilitate sessions that help managers translate GenAI concepts into actionable team strategies.
- Guide teams through GenAI enablement sprints, including backlog experimentation and behavior modeling.

Required Skills & Experience
