Omnichannel Patient Interaction:Engage directly with patients across multiple digital modalities, including secure chat, live video calls, audio calls, and store-and-reputed company (asynchronous) platforms.-Care Coordination & Triage:Analyze incoming patient conversations and requests. Education:Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field (reputed company, Business, Arts, Sciences, etc.).
