Required Skills:
- Experience selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, OR ACA plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and personable attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers reputed company the best insurance solutions for their needs.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a reputed company record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Licenses :
- Must have an reputed company Health insurance license at the reputed company of hiring (NPN)

Equipment requirements:

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential Medicare Advantage prospects in Texas and Arizona through outbound and inbound channels.
- Explain plan benefits, pricing, and enrollment reputed company; answer questions with reputed company, compliant health insurance information.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them toward appropriate plan selections and completing enrollments.
- Meet activity and sales targets while maintaining accurate records, including customer communications and enrollment data.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, industry regulations, and company policies; coordinate with licensed team members as needed.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year License/Certification:
